USA Bikini Bowling Team Tryouts

    Over 300 models applied via the Internet to be part of the USA Bikini Bowling Team Tryouts conducted at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno , NV . "We narrowed it down to 30 beautiful models," said Anthony Linson, President of the USA Bikini Bowling Team, Inc. "Then through a unique competition, we narrowed it down to 12 finalists who will represent the TEAM at tournaments, conventions and special events."
    The host for the event was the Eldorado Hotel Casino, owned and operated by the Carano Family with General Manager Gregg Carano, himself, an accomplished bowler. The Caranos also share ownership in the Silver Legacy Hotel Casino adjacent to the Eldorado.
    "We had models from all over the world," said Linson, " Colombia , the Czech Republic , Moldova , The Ukraine, Australia , and Moscow , Russia . It was truly an international field. We also had four Playboy Cyber girls, and three finalists in the Coors Light Maxim Super Bowl Finals. These models will appear at half time during the Super Bowl. What a group."
    The event was hosted by super-model and actress Amanda Swisten, who recently appeared in the movie "American Dream" and an eight page layout in Maxim's Nov '03 issue. Look for Amanda in the upcoming movie, "The Girl Next Door." Linson and Swisten shared M.C. duties.
    During the Finals, event coordinator and Director of Player Development Chase Stigall, along with the models, presented his buddy Scott Caccione with a birthday cake and expensive designer watch.
    The event was also attended by producers from Mark Burnett Productions, who produced "Survivor" and "The Apprentice". They were casting for their new series, "The Casino," and looking at the Bowling venue as a possible future reality based show.

    The over-all winner was Shay Veasy from Los Angeles , CA . This blond, blue-eyed fit beauty is 23 years old, and has a degree from Central Michigan University .
